With early S1 Marco, was he aware of what kind of person Ethel is or had he not yet been able to see past the smoke and mirrors of her media personality?

I believe when we meet him in S1 he’s on his first assignment on her personnel, so I can’t imagine he’s ever been that high up the corporate ladder as to have met her beyond the instructional training videos and corporate broadcasts.

But another question is, if he had, would it have stopped him? Look how many people work for Twitter or Amazon.
