Over the weekend, I had a juicy, well-made smash-style burger from Michigan-born newcomer Chad Barlow @originalslapburger who has very recently set up shop inside Marie's Bar in the Marigny. Crisply-seared ground beef patty with a secret "slap sauce, " thick cut dill pickles, sauteed onions and melty American cheese on a buttered and toasted brioche bun.
