uhh so I have no self control and I just ordered a marimo does anyone have any like ... tips? Advice? I know they like it cold and a little dim, don’t keep them in bright sunlight, give them a little squeeze every now and then and make sure to swirl the water? Also change the water once or twice a week depending how warm it is, right? Anything else???

I bought a few marimo balls for my betta tank today, and I was wondering if anyone has any care tips/guides to share? They're currently quarantined in a mason jar, and all four are green and healthy-looking!
How long should I keep my marimos in the fridge? And how often should I put them in there? I recently saw the post about caring for them and only just started giving them the "spa time" :)
I’m leaving mine in for a few days. I don’t do it very often but since I just got new ones that aren’t as green as I would like them to be I decided to put them all in. About once a month for a day or two should be good.
