I got my moss ball some Christmas gifts!
First image is after he's recieved them! I gave them to him a day early because I won't be here on Christmas day.

I see some of you have already found the pet marimos up for sale on Etsy😏 I grow these little guys from my very own aquariums and they are freaking AWESOME, low maintenance plants.
Each one comes with it's own little jar, a substrate of your chose, and a short care guide to keep them happy and healthy!
If you would like a little moss ball to bring some color to your desk, bedroom, or other surroundings, AND you want to help support me in my artists endeavours think about stopping by the shop and getting one of your very own!
uhh so I have no self control and I just ordered a marimo does anyone have any like ... tips? Advice? I know they like it cold and a little dim, don’t keep them in bright sunlight, give them a little squeeze every now and then and make sure to swirl the water? Also change the water once or twice a week depending how warm it is, right? Anything else???
So it's been like...5 whole minutes...but I already have an update y'all Put Mario (the greenish yellow marimo) back in Spud's tank (he's my betta♡) so now Big Boy has lots of room for activities~ Also the bubbles are like full speed ahead now o.o //lemme know if marimos can be damaged by constantly spinning in the bubbles??
Did you know that my Etsy also has baby plants for sale? It's true. Have a look over on etsy.com/shop/tinyleavesdream 🌱
My Pet Marimo!
For those of you who don’t know what this is, it’s a marimo which is a type of algae and is actually a really popular pet over here in South Korea. It’s kind of like a pet rock, the difference being that a marimo is actually alive. Isn’t he cute! :) I decided to name him Toulouse (only hardcore Disney fans will get the name).
i put my marimo in with my fish and they’re both so happy
Ordered my new Marimos. They should arrive on Friday, woo.
