but yeah the context behind this is that I watched a youtuber named Sean Hogan make the entirety of Megalovania out of Mario Sounds. Basically I thought this up, and made a fucking shitpost outta this. I introduce to you: Mariotale. Mario is sans, Luigi is Papyrus, Bowser is Asgore, Peach is Toriel, Bowser Jr. is Asriel, IDK who the fuck Chara is maybe a toad or one of the koopalings. Mario will snap you in half if u hurt Luigi. U fuck with Luigi your body becomes Gooigi.

If this becomes an actual AU or some shit im gonna flip.

I organized all my art from, like, my past 7 years of doing digital art and I found some hidden things I’ve never shown before, so I’m showing them in four parts because why not.

Here are the actually kind of decent ones. There’s a piece almost made for the crappiest UTAU cover to ever exist, a Nessie Loopa (yeet @kookyshygirl88) in the best facsimile of 80′s clothing I could muster on my limited 2015 skillset, a Reath that was actually for when I was considering him for Origins 1 (he was so close too but Dnias made it instead and that’s a crying shame), a collection of old character designs (Era, Lynn, Rubrum, and Terran they’re still my children rip that fifth guy whose name I can’t remember yes @witteryoudoing I’m @’ing you what of it?), a sketch of Dnias, Phinnic, and Pallet (the latter two belonging to ASP-Ian on DA) from right before Origins S2 cuz S1 nostalgia, Buckenberry from my version of Mariotale, a Flowey Possession variant with Hyperdeath Flowey, aaaaaaand secret AU.

You know what? I’m hijacking Mariotale. These two are Frisk and Chara in my hijacked version of Mariotale because heck if the protagonist is going to be a Toad it might as well be one of these two in my oh-so-humble opinion.

I couldn’t decide what to do for Mario day, so I sketched Mario in all these different outfits last night, then told my mom I had fifteen different sketches and I still didn’t know what to do.

She said to do all of them. Even worse, I listened to her.

This took me literally seven hours to line, color, and finish up, and that’s not even counting all the sketching I did. This thing is 358 layers and my entire Saturday. Happy Mario Day, everyone.

I took a lot of creative liberty with this. Interpreting this crossover/AU in my own way was so much fun and I loved it. (I also love the idea of Mario as Sans because I really think it works in more ways than the obvious one)
