Jonathan and Caesar. (I kinda want to their relationship is because i know both of their standing is with Joseph and Jotaro)
Jonathan likes Caesar decently enough, of course, but he wishes he would just... calm down. Caesar is even more hotheaded and stubborn than Joseph, and Joseph is enough of a handful on his own, but put the two of them together and you wind up with a lot of trouble that Jonathan always inevitably has to deal with. He also doesn’t think Caesar’s general angry/stubborn attitude is very healthy, either.
But for better or for worse, Caesar’s pretty much part of the family, and Jonathan treats him as such. He’s glad Joseph has a friend/boyfriend who’s so supportive of him and makes him so happy, and he’s grateful to Caesar for all the support he gave following the deaths of Holly and George. He just wishes he would be more well-behaved. (But he does recognize that Caesar struggles with is temper and is trying his best.)
Caesar, initially, didn’t like Jonathan too much. He befriended Joseph about a year before Dio killed Holly and George, so he listened to plenty of rants about Dio, and how Jonathan never listened to Joseph and Jotaro when they told him about how awfully Dio treated them. So to Caesar, Jonathan was an asshole and a terrible brother with shit taste in friends. Of course, Caesar didn’t have the full story. He didn’t realize that Dio was pretty much abusive to Jonathan as well, or that Jonathan was slowly starting to realize his mistakes and was increasingly getting fed up with Dio.
Eventually, Caesar quickly realized that he had been wrong about Jonathan. Especially after the whole murder thing went down, Caesar saw just how hard Jonathan was trying, and he really couldn’t continue to fault him. He does still think Jonathan could have been a hell of a lot of a better brother when he was a kid, but he just can’t dislike Jonathan.
These days, of course he’s fond of Jonathan. He knows Jonathan is a sweetheart who would never intentionally hurt anyone, and always works hard to take care of everyone. Caesar’s grateful for Jonathan’s support, especially since he knows he himself isn’t exactly an angel, so he tries to repay him by contributing to the household income and helping out around the house.
Also, if anyone were to ever hurt Jonathan, Caesar would find them. And then he’d make them very, very deeply regret what they did.
