Oscar grinned as he found her in the hall of the hospital, sneaking up behind her and wrapping his arms around her middle. “Hey you.” His words were a smile against her cheek as he kissed it and hugged her to him. “Almost done?”

Oscar groaned as he laid back in the hospital bed. He hated being sick, he hated hospitals. He wanted to go home but they were only just getting started on fixing him. He sat up, even though he’d been told not to, to wave for the healer walking by. “Excuse me?”

Oscar couldn’t understand how the hell he’d gotten so lucky with Marj. The thought coming him as he wrapped his arms around her a little tighter. She’d spent the night, something he couldn’t get her to do often enough. But last night she had and he couldn’t explain how much he loved sleeping beside her. “Morning beautiful.” He said with a warm smile as she woke and looked up at him.
