How long will they last? - Well, that’s a question both of them aren’t very sure about. Mark has consistently refused to be turned into a vampire, because then he won’t be able to be an Alchemist anymore, and Rebecca doesn’t *plan* on leaving him when he gets old, but people will notice his girlfriend (or maybe more someday) never gets older, eventually
How quickly did/will they fall in love? - It took a while for both of them, longer for Mark. Rebecca started crushing on him first, tried to just seduce him for a quick fuck to get him out of her system but Mark wasn’t interested in that (to her great surprise, since her view was “what single straight man would turn her down?”) but eventually he falls for her too. Call it... maybe a year and change before he starts to develop feelings for her of any kind, two years before he says ‘I love you’?
How was their first kiss? - Technically, when Rebecca was trying to seduce him - she basically just pinned him to the wall and started kissing him as she rubbed up against him - if often works for her.
Who proposed? - If they do get married... I suppose Mark would be the one to propose
Who is the best man/men? - Devonte Wells would be Mark’s best man... I dunno who Rebecca’s maid of honor would be or anything like that. She doesn’t really have a lot of friends at the start of the series, and I’m not sure how all of it would go.
Who is the braid’s maid(s)? - Unsure. Amanda might be one of the Bridemaids for Rebecca, depending on how they come interact
Who did the most planning? - Neither of them, really. Rebecca wouldn’t want to and Mark wouldn’t know how to, but he would hire a wedding planner to do most of the work.

Who was specifically not invited to the wedding? - Talia Elsner and her girlfriend Elissa Devange - I mean, by then Talia doesn’t want to kill Rebecca for what she did to Elissa anymore, or has at least accepted she can’t just kill her, but still. And Rebecca did torture Elissa, so...

How many children will they have naturally? - None... I mean Rebecca is a vampire, after all. I don’t really know how the children thing might go, to be honest - Rebecca would be very much against it kids, but all the blood wards on the Farrell Grimoire and the vault and the journals and whatnot means that if Mark does have a kid it would be best to have a child that’s a Farrell by blood, so maybe there’d be a surrogate or something? Mark does, before entering a relationship with Rebecca, want kids someday in theory (I mean he’s 18 so he can hardly be held to that, but that’s the general notion he has, key word being *someday*), so...

Who gets stuck with the most diapers? - If they did have a kid, Mark would be the diaper-changer
Who is the stricter parent? - Probably Rebecca, honestly. She was raised in a pretty strict orphanage run by nuns - not an abusive one or anything but strict nonetheless.
Who stops the kid(s) from doing dangerous stunts after school? - Rebecca, much as she can
Who remembers to pack the lunch(es)? - Mark
Who is the more loved parent? - Both? I hate this question
Who is more likely to attend the PTA meetings? Mark, probably. Rebecca can’t even attend them if the sun is out, after all
Who cried the most at graduation? - Rebecca, to her great embarrassment
Who is more likely to bail the child(ren) out of trouble with the law? - Rebecca, oddly enough.
Who does the most cooking? - Probably Mark. Rebecca doesn’t usually eat food except for a few select dishes she likes a lot, which she is very good at cooking, but she can’t cook much else than those, since she never bothered to learn more than those ones.
Who is the most picky in their food choice? - Rebecca - vampires can eat solid food, if they want the taste or to blend in, but then they’ll have to regurgitate it up in a bloody mess a few hours later, so they usually only do it with food they really really like, and only infrequently.
Who does the grocery shopping? - Mark
How often do they bake desserts? - Well, if baking Churros a lot counts, , a lot - Churros is one of the few foods Rebecca bothers to eat. Otherwise, usually Mark just buys Ice cream or whatever
Are they more of a meat lover or a salad eater? - Mark loves a good chicken caesar salad, but likes all kinds of food. Rebecca hates salad
Who is more likely to surprise the other(s) with an anniversary dinner? - Neither, given everything
Who is more likely to suggest going out? - Rebecca, maybe?
Who is more likely to burn the house down accidently while cooking? - Mark, initially, more or less
Who cleans the room? - Neither of them are especially neat
Who is really against chores? - neither
Who cleans up after the pets? - No pets.
Who is more likely to sweep everything under the rug? - Rebecca
Who stresses the most when guests are coming over? - Mark
Who found a dollar between the couch cushions while cleaning? - Neither
Who takes the longer showers/baths? - Rebecca

How often do they decorate the room/house for the holidays? - Mark would see to it that it gets done for the major holidays
What are their goals for the relationship? - Initially, neither of them really think that far ahead. Later on, Rebecca wants to convince Mark to let her turn him into a vampire. Mark wants to keep Rebecca on the straight and not killing people anymore path because as much as he loves her, if she starts killing people again for food or because she can, or when she doesn’t absolutely need to to protect herself or one of their friends.. Mark doesn’t think he can forgive that and stay with her.
