Jeremy shrugged. “If you’re sure.” Clearing his throat, he began the first thing that came to mind.

“..I feel the salty waves come in, I feel them crash against my skin,

And I smile as I respire because I know they’ll never win.

There’s a haze above my TV that changes everything I see,

And maybe if I continue watching, I’ll lose the traits that worry me.”

He tapped a few fingers on the desk as he lost himself in the song.

“Stop there, and let me correct it,

I wanna live a life from a new perspective!...”

“-Stop that.” The purple man gripped the puppet’s wrist and moved it away from his mouth. He was more annoyed than anything, at.. were they attempts to help him? Perhaps. He didn’t want their help. Or pestering. Or whatever it is they’re trying to do.

Sure he wasn’t exactly at peak condition, but it wasn’t like he couldn’t get things done.
