It simply means (even though nothing to do with this turbulent region is ever simple) 'shivers' especially the ones that are provoked by a strong emotion. And that's exactly what happened to all of us, according to the designer himself, when we experienced his collection 'Jovanka' whether in person or digitally. This collection can also be read as a long letter of apology to our former 'first lady' (Jovanka Broz, Tito's wife) who spent the last decades of her life in abject poverty,forgotten and humiliated for no particular reason.
