A witch OC from you?? shocking ;D
Tell me more though, I love her design

*gasps* I know, right? *smiles and waves to all of your orcs*
But during the novel your character is a magician, you can head canon them to be anything before that really.
But Markosh likes to present herself as an “authentic” witch, not that she doesn’t live like one by keeping herbs hung in her kitchen and doing her best to always remember to thank Nature for it’s gifts. The setting is sort of a 18th/19th century era so our modern conveniences and niceties don’t exist.
She’ll read you your fortune, summon dancing orbs of colorful lights for children, talk to animals as if they were people who could be reasoned with (especially when around actual people) and use her magic for things when she is feeling lazy/impatient.
Doesn’t want to wait forever for the water to boil? *magic fire hands the tea kettle*
Why mess with carrying a candle on your middle-of-the-night potty trip when you can just have a ball of light follow you in dark?
It’s hot and there are bugs that want to be inside my house- slap them magic barriers on the doors and windows, baby!
There may or may not be a teleportation portal from her home to the side of the marketplace where her favorite food vendor is >.>....
*casts a 2-way water scrying spell while Asra, her mentor/roommate is in the bathtub*
Asra: *screams*
Markosh: Are we- stop screaming it’s me, are we out of almonds?
And of course she goes into useless lesbian mode whenever she’s alone with Countess Nadia. When there are other people around it’s more like “barely functioning lesbian”.
