How I think the Marinette as Ladybug reveal to Chat should go:

Includes aknowgment with Chat about sexual harassment

• It starts with LB and CN fighting an akuma that’s after Marinette. Like any other episode, they free the victim and briefly celebrate their success

• Chat puts an arm around Ladybug’s waist without her consent and begins to get a little to close to her face for comfort

• this causes her to get (rightfully) upset and push him off, and she yells at him about it. He needs to accept that she doesn’t want him and move on. And stop being so clingy

• she leaves, saying that she is about to transform back, because she is too angry to be around him atm

• Chat goes to Marinette’s house to check on her

• while he’s there, he kisses her hand and attempts to pick her up

• He thinks he’s just being playful, but Marinette is offended that he hits on ladybug then immediately goes and flirts with another girl (as she should be)

• She screams at him to get off her, and goes inside to try to calm down after he’s left

• mostly she feels violated and confused :(

• Hawkmoth senses this, and sends an akuma to her home

• Tikki tries to warn Marinette, and they practice some breathing techniques to calm her down

• it doesn’t work, and Marinette is transformed into the Devils Mistress (I also like the name Syren Song)

• she has the power to chain men and hold them at her mercy by luring them in with lies (like a syren) of course in return for Ladybug and Chat Noir’s Miraculous’.

• she never mentions that she already has her own miraculous’, this is important

• She terrorizes Paris until she attracts Chat Noir, and flirts with him, bringing out his ego

• Devil’s Mistress then convinced Chat to carry her to Hawkmoth’s lair, which he does since Ladybug isn’t there to tell him otherwise (since Mistress has communion with Hawkmoth, he can tell her where to bring him)

• They get there, and before Chat can begin to fight Hawkmoth, he’s chained to the ground by Mistress. She catches him off guard

• Hawkmoth asks where Ladybug is

• Mistress replies by cackling and taking off her earrings, revealing that SHE is ladybug to both Chat and Hawkmoth

• Chat is in absolute SHOCK.

• Hawkmoth is livid because his mortal nemesis is best friends with his son

• Chat, as a last resort, tries to apologize to Marinette and Ladybug, but she’s NOT HAVING IT

• That is, until Chat points out how Hawkmoth is also using her

• That makes Mistress mad. How dare this man use her for her broken heart?

• She proceeds to probably beat the shit out of Hawkmoth

• Since Tikki was never in use, with Chats help she is able to destroy the Akuma (since Kawmis can use their own powers, as proven by Plagg)

• Marinette and Chat get away, but now her identity is revealed to Hawkmoth, as well as his location.

• Marinette is forced into hiding after this, since there isn’t enough time to train a new Ladybug for the fight that is abojt to happen

— this probably means that Adrien’s identify is revealed, and they have a long talk about how the way he treated her is going to effect them

— now they know who Hawkmoth is and can effectively come up with a plan to fight him
