Durian High tea at Marriott Cafe, Marriott Tang Plaza A buffet of savoury and local fare. The highlight however is desserts made from Mao Shan Wang durians like durian cake, durian mousse, durian crepe, durian bread pudding, durian pizza, durian apam, durian Swiss roll, durian puff, durian strudel and durian ice cream. Frankly rather disappointed as presentation was poor and desserts were all morsels with not much taste of durian.
