Peppermint Chocolate Cake

Cheese Cake

Soft and cottony steamed baked cheese cake with raisins below just like the famous Uncle Rikuro's Cheesecake in Osaka, Japan.

Kueh Sarlat

Salty coconut glutinous rice with homegrown blue pea dye bottom layer and pandan custard top layer using home grown pandan leaves.

Wedding Cake

A 3 layer sponge cake with raspberry jam filling and frosted with Swiss meringue buttercream. Decorated with 'san yao' gelatine flowers.

Flowers done in various ways in silicon moulds.

Using agar agar, gelatin, hoon kueh (mung bean pudding), zefir (marshmallow), butter and mousse. All have their pros and cons.

Using store bought flaky tart shell.

Durian Butter Cake baked in a Brilliance Bundt pan. Durian puree inside and durian cream drizzled along the sides.

Buffet dinner at Cafe Royale, Mecure Hotel @ Bugis. Spread has all we love like laksa, satays, wagyu beef, crabs, oysters, crayfish, steamed fish etc.

These have grated coconut cooked in Gula Melaka as filling. Topped with thick coconut Hoon Kueh mixture

A butter pandan cake with Gula Melaka grated coconut and topped with butter coconut.

Banana Caramel Pie

Slices of fresh banana laid on home cooked caramel in a crispy tart shell. Covered with fresh whipped cream and drizzles of caramel and chocolate shavings.
