And then I'm going ?????? after I notice his portrait is off, on the bridge after the mission, and I don't get a clue that it isn't a glitch until after the private convo and now I'm losing my mind over what the evil cogitator did to my precious baby boy 😭

Or has his portrait always been like that??? Did I just happen to notice, for the first time, that my boy has heterochromia after the cogitator on Kiava Gamma because I was worried about him? Am I losing my mind? 🤣

So, I took Heinrix to the no good, terrible, very bad PTSD ship and I had some feelings...

So much so that I was yelling at Abelard and people were worried there was something wrong 🤣 But I mean, can ya blame me, just look at this!

My boy was about to be vulnerable and then fucking ABELARD RUINS IT!

I was just a tad angry at the seneschal...

So, I reloaded with no one else in the party and got the sweetest little, "hey I'm vulnerable and I don't know what to do with that..." and nearly perished 😭

Y'all I never stood a chance when this guy came along 😭🥹 I'll listen to all your trauma, let me hold you, pls I beg...

My brain is making me write, I'm not happy about it, but as a result we have the first fic that has actual ✨dialogue✨ in it.

Bewitchingly Deadly - WIP

This is a repost, because whenever I reblog my posts they get lost in the ether and no one ever sees them. idkw this is and I have yet to figure it out, so here's some shameless sunday self promotion.

The fic is only about 500 words currently, not accounting for editing. The context needed is that its just a little piece of indulgence that I wanted to write from Heinrix' perspective in regards to Act 3 stealing Marcus' left arm and the augment he needed afterwards.

I'll post the final piece in a bit, it just needs a precursor fic to be posted first, told from the perspective of a crew member from the Bridge who watched the retinue return in Act 4.
