Has anyone else experienced this Die Of Death bug before?

I couldn't find any instances of it online, I don't think I've recorded it either, and it has already been fixed, so I tried to recreate it myself.

If you didn't know, the original game over song is titled Clair De Lune (By Claude Debussy), and the one that interrupts it is called Unhealable Scar (Yume Nikki OST, by Kikiyama). There is/was an NPC in DoD called Codebase, and when we went down to talk to them, this song switched out the lobby music, and that somehow messed with the game over sound and caused this bug.
