With these gluten-free s'more brownies, you can enjoy the irresistible mix of gooey marshmallows, rich chocolate, and crunchy graham crackers. Perfect for when you want something sweet but don't want gluten.
Ingredients: 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour. 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 3 eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1 cup mini marshmallows. 1/2 cup gluten-free graham cracker crumbs. 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. A 9x9-inch baking pan should be greased. Cocoa powder, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, salt, and baking powder should all be mixed together in a large bowl. Mix everything together well. Spread out half of the batter in the baking pan that has been prepared. On top of the batter, mix together half of the mini marshmallows, the gluten-free graham cracker crumbs, and the dairy-free chocolate chips. Spread the marshmallows, graham cracker crumbs, and chocolate chips out evenly on the top of the rest of the batter. Add the rest of the chocolate chips, graham cracker crumbs, and marshmallows on top. In a hot oven, bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Let it cool down before you cut it into squares and serve it.
