MEET THE OC: Alina Sokolov
“Put the gun down, Natalia. You and I both know you won’t use it.” Alina said in a matter of fact tone.
“Depends.” Natasha said back, “Why are you following me?”
“Yelena sent me.” She replied, causing Natasha to frown. “She used some magic red mist to turn me back to a real girl and now I’m here.”
“Why’d she send you?” Natasha slowly lowered her gun.
“She didn’t want you to be alone.” She walked forward. “And out of all the Widows, she knew I was your favorite.” When Natasha didn’t smile, Alina sighed. “And maybe she thought…I didn’t want to be alone either.” She shrugged. Still, Natasha did not react. Alina huffed in frustration. “Do I have to spell it out for you, Natalia?”
A hint of a smirk tugged at Natasha’s lips. “It’d be nice to hear it.”
Alina glared, “You know I hate talking about feelings.”
“You miss me.” Natasha smiled. It wasn’t a question — they both knew it was the truth.
Alina cursed under her breath, switching to Russian. “You’re insufferable.”
“Only when I’m right.” She smirked.
