So, I'm not sure how many people are aware of this, but this October 17th, MarvelTumblr will turn one year old.

It's come a long, long way in the last year, and anyone who was here then will know that a lot has changed, especially recently. There are a lot of problems these days tht I'd like to see taken care of in the next 3 weeks. Myself and many others have been thinking back to 'the good old days', and while everything inevitably changes with time, I want to bring MT back, so to speak.

By the time October 17th comes around, I want MT to have the same feeling and same atmosphere and same excitement within its members that it did last year. I want to see plots, I want to see interaction, I want to see everyone being enthusiastic-- I want to see change.

I do not want to see good open RPs by enthusiastic members going ignored. I do not want to see the trend of people logging in, looking at the dash, and logging out again to continue. 

This is going to mean me approaching a lot of you (both active and on hiatus) individually to discuss certain things. Myself and Laura (and Sam if she returns to her position) will be there helping everyone, giving tips and pointing people in the right direction, and maybe sometimes, stopping bad habits before they become bigger habit.

This isn't a bad thing! Don't worry! My hopes are that we'll all work together to bring MT back by its anniversary on October 17th, so I'm looking forward to talking to you all about it.

I'm in favour of everybody getting to know each other and everything, but if you could all take this to the OOC chat or Skype/MSN/etc now that would be good, and try to keep your heads cool with each other. People aren't aware of some things, and yes it may be personal and offend others, but I don't want to see anyone fighting over this so yeah.... Calm it or drop it please.

Okay so my internet is working for like a few minutes long enough probably for me to explain to everybody that-- well, my internet sucks. I've been keeping an eye and helping with Masterlist stuff from my phone, but just so everybody knows I'm still around, just can't get much done :(

I recently moved, and the guy who lived here before me didn't cancel his Eircom (home phone and broadband) account, so when I phoned to get good landline internet they couldn't do anything until we faxed them proof that we live here now. My landlady lives 4 hours away so we only managed to fax them her tenancy agreement yesterday, but I'm hoping I'll be able to get the internet in next week or early the week after, now.

Working with my old internet for now, a mobile broadband modem that was always good but that has terrible coverage here, so I'll be on and off.

But yeah, sorry if anyone thought I'd abandoned you all D:

If people want to take a look at the Relationships List and tell me what needs changed/added, that'd be cool. I don't want to make any mistakes by attempting to remember everything myself.

Hey lovely people

We would just like to remind you that this rule is in place:

We allow you to take a faceclaim for your character but if there is already an assigned one in movie verse, we would ask you to stick to that unless you have good reason for the change. Any changes of face claim must be discussed and approved for by the mods.

We don't mind you changing face claims if there is a good reason for it, but you MUST talk to us first before doing so. It is something we need to approve. If the continuous changing keeps happening, we will be talking to individuals privately.
