My list of fictional complex female characters I have rooted for or liked at some point in no particular order.

Mary Stuart from Reign, what an interesting and engaging character to watch although I wasn't always agreeing on her choices and there were times she was hard to root for especially during the latter half of season 2. I kinda wish she had a different ending although I like to imagine she was reunited with Francis at the end.
