do you have other sonic ships besides sonouge and shadamy? i'm curious

I have a bunch of them! While I do prefer shipping Sonic with Rouge and Shadow with Amy, I also love Sonally, Sonaze, Sonadow, Sonelen (in other words, Sonic/Helen) and Sonaisy (in other words, Sonic/Princess Daisy). As for Shadow, I also love Shadouge, Shadally, Shadope (in other words, Shadow/Hope Kintobor) and Shadeach (in other words, Shadow/Princess Peach). Unlike a lot of people, I'm also good with people shipping Sonic with Princess Elise, although I think it could've been done a lot better in Sonic '06.

As for Sonic ships not involving Sonic and/or Shadow, I also love Tailsmo, Tailsey (or at least I think that's what Tails/Zooey is called), Knuxikal, Silvamy, Vectilla and Silvaze.

would rouge ever teach sonic how to swim? or are they both afraid of water

Actually, this is an interesting ask because I usually dispense with the whole "Sonic doesn't know how to swim" thing in my fics. The way I saw it, if Sonic could swim in AoStH and SatAM, and if hedgies can swim IRL, then why not give him the ability to swim elsewhere? That aside, presuming that Sonic doesn't know how to swim, Rouge would definitely teach him how to swim. I imagine she'd be a great instructor.
