For the fanfic ask game: Green. Shoe. Sky.
omg hi! thanks for the words :D
A few minutes later, the soldier reemerged with a woman behind him. She certainly looked some sort of regal, her green dress bright in the sun with gold trim and her hands clasped in front of her next to long trailing sleeves. Her dark hair was pulled back into a very long braid, stretching down to the base of her back. She blinked in the sunlight for a minute, then the soldier pointed in Aris's direction. She frowned slightly before nodding, striding towards them so gracefully it looked like she was gliding. She only stuttered for a brief moment when she was close enough to pick out their faces, but even so she recovered and approached them with a warm smile.
shoe (I was impressed I had this one actually! lol)
Malroth was still for a few seconds while he heard their footsteps retreat in the hallway, then let his arms collapse out from under him to let him fall back on the bed.
Queen, he scoffed, kicking off his shoes and curling up under the sheet and staring at the pillow next to him. If only such a dream weren't a mockery of reality.
Though for as many paths of his future were starting to lay bare before him, he wasn't sure which one was worse.
"They have an excellent selection, you know. I'm partial to the chocolate raspberries myself."
"Ooh, Rosie and I tried some of those over Solstice I think!" She audibly sighed, bringing her hand up to her chest and staring dreamily at the sky. "Oh gosh, they were so good. Melt in your mouth and impossibly sweet in the middle and that liquid inside? Oh my gosh!"
"Yes, yes!" Aris said excitedly. "A rare treat but so wonderful. Did Miss Rosie like them too?"
"Well yeah, but Rosie likes pretty much all food. She's not very picky, same as me." Crea giggled.
