Franklin Taggart and MOA have collaborated to produced a wonderful video featuring eight mask artists in their studios. It has been fun sharing my mask making journey with you. The highlight of mask making for me is having the opportunity to explore and experiment with new techniques. In the process I hope I will discover something new I can share with students and fellow artists. Tomorrow, Wednesday, May 6th the Museum of Art Fort Collins will officially open the online bidding for the 16th Annual Mask Exhibition. You will also be able to register to bid on masks. There are plenty of opportunities to take one of these incredible masks home. This year’s exhibits has over 215 unique masks.
