Masons six month update
SIX MONTHS FEB. 19! HE SCOOTS ALL OVER THE FLOOR. He is so mobile but not yet crawling. He talks all the time. Says da, ga, ba, ka. We have started BLW. He LOVES toast. We still do purées on occasion. He can sit up on his own. (Tripoding with his arm) He loves to play on his tummy and roll around. He is very, very social and loud... Often screaming at times. He eats 6oz about every 3-4 hours. He does not sleep through the night. He still won't sleep in his crib. And he will not hold his own bottle. He has also definitely learned separation anxiety. Oh. My. God. He is super attached to me. (I am and I'm not complaining. I know it's a good thing.) He loves his sister so much. He is just the most precious awesome sweetest thing. It's been so much fun watching him grow. I can't believe it's already been 6 months. He got his 6 months vaccines today and has been super awful.... Like worse than he already was and he won't eat anything. He also got his flu shot. The NEW pedi, who is amazing btw, said his stomach big/vomiting/diarrhea should be completely gone within a couple more days. And his ear infections are gone so she said to discontinue the antibiotics. SHE ALSO SAID, his circumcision is FINE. His baby chub will go away with time and that skin will pull back on its own. It DOES NOT need to be redone. I know he has been a handful lately but he is my precious baby boy and I love him.
So Mason had a "stomach virus" and had been throwing up and has had diarrhea since Thursday. Yes Thursday, it is now Tuesday. Why is he still throwing up???? It all hit us and passed us and we are better. Wtf!!! He is extremely fussy and gassy. HE WONT SLEEP even though he is exhausted. I'm at my breaking point. I don't know what else to do for him. I'm losing my shit. Help.
