Legends Arceus Mass Breakout shiny Method (GUIDE)
EdiT: I’ve been made aware that sometimes when you save at an outbreak and reload it despawn, so don’t save at an outbreak, save at camp, the shiny if there is one will still be in the outbreak.
Also not sure how much the outbreaks are affected by the new update.
Edit 2: Since the new update reseting (save at camp, return to village check outbreak save repeat) no longer works. So basically just save at camp do the outbreak and go for a new outbreak everytime, reseting no longer of use.

Whenever the guard says there is a mass breakout a pokemon will appear on the map of the locations you can travel to.
Say it an Eevee by the Obsidian Grassland. Breakouts have a chance of roughly 1/158 to have a shiny in them. That is without the Research level 10 and shiny charm of course, so it is ridiculously high.
In most breakouts you see about 12 Pokemon.
Also I recommend getting a bunch off sticky balls to throw at the agressive pokemon if you are like me and too lazy to fight anything.

0. TURN OFF AUTOSAVE
1. You can go to the camp closest to where the outbreak is and first thing you do is save. Save before you go to the outbreak!
2. Go to the outbreak and catch/fight or make them runaway until the breakout is done. Or better yet until you notice that no more are spawning. There can be a max of 4 at once.
3. If there is no shiny, close your game and turn it on again. You'll be at your camp.
4.Return to Jubilife Village and check for the breakout and go back to the breakout you want.
4.5 at times there will be different or no pokemon appearing when you return and try to leave the village. In that case repeat Step 3 and 4. (Especially rare spawns do it)
5. From here basically repeat 1-4 until the shiny appears. By saving at the camp and returning to jubilife after the reset- going to the next outbrouk and save- will give you a new outbreak. (if you stay on the map and dont return to jubilife village you'll be met with the same spawns every time)
6. When a shiny appears in the outbreak don’t save, just catch it. If you fail you are still at the camp, can go back to the outbreak and try again, the shiny will still be in the outbreak. Saving at the outbreak and reloading can sometimes lead to the outbreak despawning.
And viola there you go.

This method is super easy and I've gotten plenty shinies already. Odds are ridiculously good.
I can estimate that if you are unlucky it'll take at most 10-20 outbreaks if not more. If you are lucky like me you get on every other outbreak.
