I’ve had finally finished my first semester at Uni, and it’s been quite a challenging journey. But now I’m on my Winter vacation so i wanted to be more present in my studyblr, so get prepared for a lot of new content!!!!

The first topic I wanted to talk about corresponds to all the things I’ve learned this semester that made me push through these really exhausting months.

1.You´ll probably feel dumb

Okay, this totally happened to me, and it feels like sh*t. I am studying medicine in one of the bests universities of my country so my class is quite a concentration of geniuses. This can be hard, especially if you are used to be the best of your class, but you’ll get used to it. And remember: YOU ARE NOT DUMB, YOU ARE AMAZING AND YOU JUST NEED TO CHILL.

2.PREPARE YOUR THINGS AT NIGHT!!!

Always prepare your outfit and backpack and whatever you need the night before!!! If you do this you can totally sleep another 20-30 minutes!!!

3. MOVE YOUR ASS

Just really get some exercise, it will make you feel better, study better, sleep better and look better!!

4. You’ll need to rest, so, do it.

I always try to get at least 6 hours of sleep, but I usually fail at this and the lack of sleep will totally affect me the next day. So, I try to sleep a lot on the weekend, and I also have a completely chill day every 2-3 weeks.

5. Get early to class.

YOU WILL NOT HEAR/CONCENTRATE/SEE O THE SEATS AT THE BACK OF THE CLASS AND YOUR CLASSMATES WILL BE LIKE LIONS FIGHTING FOR SOME FRESH MEAT ALTHOUGH THEY ARE JUST A BUNCH OF NERDS TRYNG TO GET THE BEST SEATS. So, accept that you are probably a nerd too (like me) and get early.

6. You´ll make friends (believe me).

7.University parties are actually good (so at least go to one even if you don´t identify as a party person, you might get surprised 😉).
