Abundance & The Master Cleanse

So I have be inspired while on the master cleanse to take a photo and post it! Now the photo is a reflection of my mantra I AM LIVING IN ABUNDANCE. What a wonderful way to acknowledge my abundance and give gratitude! 

Every day I am going to post a photo and write about why and how this images represents my awareness of ABUNDANCE!!! 

What a fun was to dance and celebrate life!!! 

So the photo I picked is from a few days ago, however the abundance that intertwines is, I am grateful for my abundance of creative outlets, I have a loving, amazing, sexy, great cook, smart husband who supports me 100%. This photo represents playing with life and the universe, a TV show that I love (Big Brother Canada) introduced me to someone will loads of positive energy and love for life (Anick) and taking this photo was because that person wanted to start something fun! I also had a lot of laughs creating the photo. This is a fun moment in my life that I can look back at and say I tried pink hair LOL (for a second) and just remember all the fun amazing times!!!

Master Cleanse!

So here I am 40lbs fatter and depressed, food has taken over my life. I've tried EVERYTHING under the sun and nothing seemed to work. I'm so gonna reverse this. I'm gonna get my 110lb body back, DID YOU HEAR THIS UNIVERSE?!

SET SMALL GOALS AND STICK TO IT!

I have 5 days off to stay home and work on a paper so this is the best time for me to start my cleanse :) 

I've got a bottle of Neera's tree syrup and I've thrown all the junk away, my fridge is empty and I've put everything else aside, hidden in a cupboard! 

So during these 5 days I want to stick with the cleanse, do my report, walk for 30 minutes to 1 hour, do my daily yoga. 

What I'm hoping to achieve is a cleaner healthy liver, skin without breakouts and of course getting rid of some of this water and toxic fat.

Day One of Master Cleanse!

My throat is burning from the cayenne pepper but, I'm feeling so hopeful and excited! I start school on Wednesday so I'm just gonna cleanse until then. Also, during the cleanse for exercise I'm going to do light yoga. I'm so nervous to do a salt water flush tonight but the results will be worth it!

Someone please message me if you've done it and tell me about your experience!

A few random thoughts

Mindy Kaling's book is pretty good! Why did I download slow cooker ebooks while on a cleanse? Oh well, those maple mustard wings feed 5? Hahaha, right. Why does Beau always sit by me when I go to the bathroom? Does he thin I'm going to die? In retrospect, I should probably just close the bathroom door when I go. Do I really need to have 7 shampoo bottles and 6 conditioners in the shower at the same time (plus Mike's and the dogs' shampoos and conditioners; so 9:8).
