Living In Abundance Day 5:

What happened to day 4, you ask!!! Well I was so busy LIVING IN ABUNDANCE that the day got away from me and totally wiped me out. May I remind you I am also doing the Master Cleanse!!! LOL 

I have to say this "Living In Abundance", thing is soooooo amazing! Todays photo was a gift from a "friend to the salon". He and his wife are selling this health care line and gifted me a sample of the L.O.V.E Super Meal. They also brought me a salon sink that was in their basement when they purchased their home. My heart is totally touched with gratitude. It's not so much the Super Meal its just the thought that someone thought of me and wanted to share something that makes them feel great and was extending an act of kindness and L.O.V.E to me! I am so looking forward to trying this product when my cleanse is over and it is the appropriate time.

To add to my gratitude I am feeling on top of the world today, this master cleanse is working its magic and I can feel to my core the rebirthing of springs energy.

Living In Abundance Day 3:

So to the naked eye this is a photo of rocks. For those of you who actually know they are called crystals. I chose this photo not for the abundance of energetic and spiritual properties they posses, but for the abundance of beauty and thoughtful and heartfelt meaning that they all have. Each crystal tells a story personally and spiritually.

Living In Abundance Day 2:

I was doing some spring cleaning and came across a bunch of wine corks that I have been saving. This reason I chose to take a photo of wine corks is because they represent all the celebrations my husband and I have had living in our first home we bought together. It was fun going through the corks and reading the dates and who we enjoyed the wine with. One said New Years eve 2014, that bottle of champagne was from a friend and her husband that gave it at their wedding as a favour. Another was from October 24, 2012 our wedding wine tasting. There are many many more wonderful cork's with special reminders of how ABUNDANT life is ( Oh Vineland is where we got married). I was planning on saving these corks for a craft I had seen on pinterest, however I think I just may add a special few to my memory box and get rid of the blank ones; make room for many new celebrations!!!!

Abundance & The Master Cleanse

So I have be inspired while on the master cleanse to take a photo and post it! Now the photo is a reflection of my mantra I AM LIVING IN ABUNDANCE. What a wonderful way to acknowledge my abundance and give gratitude! 

Every day I am going to post a photo and write about why and how this images represents my awareness of ABUNDANCE!!! 

What a fun was to dance and celebrate life!!! 

So the photo I picked is from a few days ago, however the abundance that intertwines is, I am grateful for my abundance of creative outlets, I have a loving, amazing, sexy, great cook, smart husband who supports me 100%. This photo represents playing with life and the universe, a TV show that I love (Big Brother Canada) introduced me to someone will loads of positive energy and love for life (Anick) and taking this photo was because that person wanted to start something fun! I also had a lot of laughs creating the photo. This is a fun moment in my life that I can look back at and say I tried pink hair LOL (for a second) and just remember all the fun amazing times!!!

The Master Cleanse Diary of Day 1 Review

The Master Cleanse Day 1/April 7, 2014

So it is the early morning of day 1 of The Master Cleanse and I have just drank my salt water. I am feeling good, I started drinking the lemonade last night to get me ready. I find it helps me with my transition into the cleanse the following morning. I am going to be vlogging on my youtube channel this whole process, what you need etc. I already have a few blogs up from the fall of 2013 when I did it for 3 days just as a flush. 

This cleanse helped my transition in a vegan diet (lifestyle). If you are having a hard time with any food addiction of other additions, the master cleanse will get rid of those cravings and help you break the cycle. 

If you are a busy person and may not have the luxury of working from home or maybe money is tight I am going to address those concerns in my vlog. You can also watch my blog on "How To Survive The Master Cleanse".  

One of the many benefits while being on this cleanse on this cleanse is that you don't need to worry about what you are going to eat and you just get into this habit. After about 3 days cravings will be gone, if not you probably are not drinking enough of the lemonade or you are not measuring the right about of ingredients. 

If there is one bit of advice that I would highly recommend, it is to buy The Master Cleanse book and READ IT!!!! I find so many people don't want to understand the process for best results. They just want to jump right in to "doing it", and guess what they fail! So READ THE BOOK!!! All you questions will be answered and more!!!!
