Ooooh I like the questions you picked!
4. Which of your fics surprised you by how much attention it received?
Two Different Worlds (must be logged in to read). I was sure people would think it was too weird to read, since there are so many awkward sex scenes. I was absolutely gobsmacked when people kept reading and commenting, even through the first weird smut.
f. Which character (POV or not) was your favorite to write?
I enjoyed writing both Link and Zelda -- the reason they have roughly equal POV time is because I liked them both so much. The NPCs honestly didn't get much love, I was focused on the Zelink-ness. Waffles (the cat) was always fun though, especially when writing the scene where Link is a wolf, because I was figuring out what Waffles would be thinking the whole time.
6. Which of your fics is the most serious?
When You're Ready (I answered this one in more detail here).
g. Which section was the most difficult to write?
I didn't have much difficulty with this one (also it's short, which helps 😅). Probably the hardest part is that I don't have the genitals Link does, so I did a fair amount of research to figure out what would actually happen and how it would feel (my algorithm was really confused for a while).
9. Which of your fics did you spend the least amount of time writing?
Matched Pair (must be logged in to read). That's almost entirely because it's short, only ~900 words. I wrote it in one or two sittings because I was inspired by some fun fanart. (I decided recently that I want to do more things like this, little mini fics inspired by other fan creations, rather than more formal things like fic exchanges).
d. What is your favorite line or excerpt from it?
"Link." She savors the feel of his name in her mouth, her tongue wrapping around one single syllable. "What is it that you want?"
(I just reread it to find a good snippet and my goodness these two are THIRSTY).
