Mateo’s late father, Mateo Miguel. Mateo Miguel worked in the rebelion which age him a lot, he was only 40 when he was killed for his work in the rebellion. He never knew that his girlfriend was pregnant or that he was going to be a father. Mateo De Alva is named after his father (he’s not a Jr. since different last names and Mateo De Alva has a middle name and Mateo Miguel didn’t.). He would have been an amazing father if he lived to see his son

I quickly drew up a De Alva family tree. Alacazar married Ana-Maria and had one daughter Rafa. Rafa with her late boyfriend Mateo Miguel had a son also named Mateo. Mateo married Elena and had three children Miguel Raul, Mariana Sofia , and Francisco Alacazar. This family tree this just of the De Alvas not including the Delgados
