so i realised there's not gender-neutral bros before hoes or sisters before misters, so i present to you:

“mates before dates” is such a great expression because it’s gender neutral on both ends and it’s not derogatory like “bros before hoes” and i don’t like “chicks before dicks” purely because i don’t like it when women are referred to as chicks, even by other women idk, but mates before dates is just perfect it’s the goldilocks expression and idk i probably haven’t explained this very well

Also, I found out last night that another friend burned me during the week.

We had made tentative plans last week to catch-up on Wednesday night, but when I checked with her on Monday, she said she had other plans.

Then last night at drinks she let slip she say "Skyfall" on Wednesday night with her new BF.

I'm so so so over people not remembering this. They hate it when it happens to them, then they do the exact same thing. All I can say is, don't expect me to be there if things go wrong. You know I hate this. I can't take this. So go find someone else when you need someone to talk to.
