There's been shared some info on Emma's role in upcoming Episode: Mega Evolution mini-arc.

Apparently, the text translates as thus (from Serebii forums, translated by Dephender. I put the link to translation in the post source tag)

Matiere (voiced by Misaki Kuno): A young girl working as a detective in Miare City. Looks after Uruto. The Pokémon that's with her is a Nyasper named Mokoh.
