No, RandL haven’t changed looks. This is Matkoma (Food coma), a Swedish channel that’s all about food. Today they did a Gut check, cause they like the concept and want to do it with Swedish foods (yeah, they credited GMM and linked to the channel).

I’ve watched Anton and Adam far longer than I’ve watched RandL, and they’re really sweet and funny. They’ve been best friends since they were about 10-11 (they’re in their early 30’s now). They have girlfriends, but are not afraid to give each other heart eyes.

There’s something really nice with watching two friends have fun together, being silly and do something that makes them happy. ❤️

What happens when you don’t go for lagom when you eat?

In this case let’s say that there is enough food for everyone. You just went out to a dagens lunch which often provides more than enough food , and you stuffed your face.

During the afternoon you start feeling sluggish, sleepy and can’t really concentrate. You have a matkoma (food coma).

Jag känner mig lite seg. Jag åt jättemycket = I am feeling a bit slow. I ate a lot

Du har matkoma = you have food coma

Some take precautions:

Ska vi äta indisk mat till lunch? = shall we eat Indian food for lunch?

Nej, jag vill inte få matkoma = you have a good coma

If you want to be productive during the evening, better stick to lagom during lunch.
