{Mats Ek à Garnier} Jusqu’au 14 juillet, à l’Opera Garnier. Officiellement il a pris sa retraite en Janvier 2016. Et puis je crois qu’Aurelie Dupont - elle aussi jeune retraitée des chaussons - lui a demandé de créer une pièce qu’elle pourrait danser sur la scène de l’opéra de Paris, et Mats Ek a mis en pause sa retraite. Chorégraphe et créateur un jour, chorégraphe et créateur toujours, je suis certaine qu’il inventera et créera jusqu’à son dernier jour. La troupe reprend le « Carmen » de Mats Ek, créé en 1998, que @hollyloupi et moi avons adoré. L’énergie, l’humour de l’œuvre, les costumes et le décor géniaux, et puis Amandine Albisson, Muriel Zusperreguy, Florian Magnenet et Hugo Marchand sont parfaits dans les rôles principaux. « Another place » est le duo créé pour Aurélie Dupont et le toujours fabuleux Stéphane Bullion, décidément l’un de mes danseurs étoiles préférés. En voyant Aurélie Dupont danser je me suis dit que je la préférais définitivement en danseuse plutôt qu’en directrice de la danse. Sa grâce et son élégance restent à part. Et pour achever cette belle soirée, Mats Ek a offert à la troupe de l’opéra un « Boléro » très iconoclaste, drôle et physique, et je l’ai beaucoup aimé. Le frère du chorégraphe se retrouve également sur scène, à remplir sans fin une drôle de baignoire. Iconoclaste on a dit! I will be a part of this festival "Diaghilev. P.S. Festival" in St Petersburg, Russia next month which is celebrating the 200th Birth Anniversary of Marius Petipa "View from the 21st century of the choreographer".. Dancing Mats Ek's Sleeping Beauty on 27th November, I feel hornored to perform this piece again and Mats Ek and Ana Laguna will be there as well😍 . .

I have been away from Stockholm stage for one year, nice to be back ;)

This performance is organized by Forceful Feelings (brilliant dancers from Armenia dancing with Royal Swedish Ballet, Bavarian State Ballet, State Ballet Berlin).
