'The Culture Of Tom Berg'

Matthew LoPresti is resigning from the Ewa Neighborhood Board, citing a politicized, hostile atmosphere.

Here's one piece of the email sent out today announcing his resignation:

For too long this board has adopted what I would call "the culture of Tom Berg". I believe this board is actively harming our community and I refuse to be a part of it any longer. In my letter I also criticize the Director of the Neighborhood Board Commission for repeatedly failing to act to correct the hostile atmosphere of board meetings and the complete failure to follow the Robert's Rules of Order. If you wonder where Tom Berg learned to behave the way he does in meetings, look no further than the Ewa Neighborhood Board. It is a breeding ground for chaotic demeanors.
