Matthew Moss - Eastern Icon
In a just world there would be a dozen angsty palefics about Matthew getting possessed and subsequently forcefemmed by the Girl By Candlelight
“If it’s any consolation, I’ll feel bad about what I’ve done to you here when my conscience and sense of mercy grow back.”
Some BATIM artwork because I don't post that alot. Remember my Oc, Matthew? Yeah, I kinda redesign him a little bit. He's triangular now. Them there's Joey, with a new design. I didn't like the old design so here's a new one! ^^ (((also I made draw some ship art between them-))
Got obsessed enough with a fan cast that I attempted to draw people (which I am notoriously bad at doing)
Matthew Moss | Martyr (Demo)
I've been listening to this track over and over the past two weeks. There's something very warm about the quality of Matt's voice, I can't quite describe it.

matthew moss has become one of my best internet friends over the past few years and i would list him in my list of top people i have never met that i would like to. its really quite remarkable how this internet thing can connect people on opposite sides of the atlantic. his latest release "slip away" is one of the most brilliant pieces i have heard in a long time. "written in november and recorded in a day" it has a quiet, lo-fi folk vibe that is insatiable. these three heartfelt ballads with beautifully poetic lyrics will move both the mind and the heart. there is a certain spirit of neil young's songwriting and guitar playing throughout, but the integrity of matthew's individual sound is not lost. vocals are very pleasant: raw in charming genuine way, but refined to the point beauty. My only complaint with this EP is that there are only three songs, i want to hear more!
