Hello! Canadian by where I live (American by birth) but I have been here long enough to consider myself both.
As to Rachel Reid, yes she def knows who Mack is. She is from NS (same as Sid) and is a big hockey fan (obvs). I would also LOVE to ask her if she knows about Willmack. I have never dm'd someone on main tho so one of you in Willmackville would have to reach out to her and ask.
For Canadian players, we produce ALOT so its hard to say who is the most popular. Like all of the young kids hitting the NHL are Canadian - Shaeffer, Bedsy, Mack, Misa, Caufield (half), Cowan, Jack Quinn from last night with the hattie. Really Canadians support their own team and usually don't support another team just cause of a single player. I would say Mack is the "biggest" right now solely cause of the Olympics.
