Grateful to have been able to catch Matthew Metzger’s tremendous show at @rensoc earlier today. From the press release, the idea of a “strategic collection of ‘odds and ends’ that *reorient* (emphasis mine) concepts and motifs” shared with other ongoing works is so.. pertinent to me right now. Abstraction in relationship to information ecologies - yes. Extra loveliness in being able to see @kwlund and @regards_chicago. So relieved for the opportunity to emerge from the shadow of the last year in many ways.
