i haven't been doing reaction posts so far because i've usually been watching them right before i go to bed but i managed to watch today's ep a little earlier than usual, so! a collection of randomy spoilery below

seriously even apart from the lying to sun part, the pain it was causing ongsa to lie to her was not sustainable, i'm so glad they went in this direction

this is also the direction my fic was going to be going lol so maybe i will just be paralleling canon an episode early! i'm not mad about it tbh

the place where they used sarah salola's "ดาวหมุน (orbiting star)" was perfect, i started tearing up

TEACHER BAMBAM IS BACK but will we ever get her interacting with nida again?? sigh. we may just have to do the thing where we sustain a ship out of two scenes of them together lol

i love that literally all of ton's friends find him exasperating. his misreading of mawin's incredibly cute heart-eyes at tin, and mawin's "shit, why am i telling you this????" was amazing

not totally sure how i feel about the possibility of charoenton? ton is just. so goofy. but we shall see if they're going that direction & if they can convince me! they're convincing me on every other pairing so far

best older sibling of all time alpha???? i was glad we got the parents again this episode (do they spend half their time in phuket or something? is that why ongsa was still living there before this year while alpha was already in school at s-tar?) and they were very sweet, but it's so clear that alpha is the one who really knows that her sister and cousin need

sun honestly got on board with ongsa being earth SO quickly, like i appreciate the reduction of angst but also, even putting the possibility of attraction aside, it would have taken me longer to reconcile that the two "different" people i knew were actually the same

i am however VERY into a dynamic where one person knows the other person is pining and they have to figure out together how to deal with it so i am excited for that!!!
