Hello kiddads fans,
On this, the Free Day of kiddads week 2025, I humbly approach you by shoving my OC (and current dnd character) at you. His name is Jamie and he's my most devastating, pathetic (affectionate) and tasty OC in a whileeee. I'm so proud of him and his failures and I FULLY forget he's not a "real" kiddad bc I've so solidly built him in it's wild to separate him from canon lol (and I think my friends also forget this sometimes). But!! This fic is all about how they work (or don't work) together as a team in my head and I think no matter what it's a new persepctive on ALL the kiddads so even if Jamie isn't up your alley I hope you enjoy the fic itself! <<3

... because I am crazy about this campaign and will be posting a lot more art from it. So if you want to know what the hell is going on, fear not! Here is your chance to understand.
What is Mawls and Monsters?
To put it simply it's a DND campaign between me and a few friends! It's inspired by/takes place in the world created by the Dungeons and Daddies podcast. (We are not affiliated with the podcast in any way.)
Where in the Dndads timeline does it take place?
It takes place in between season 1 and 2, shortly after Code Purple and before the start of Season 2. It all starts in a Walmart on Black Friday...
Who are the characters/players?
We have 3 players (including myself) and a dungeon master (Mawl Master).
Peepaw - played by me, @alien-bluez ! He's a grizzled old man walmart worker and barbarian. He jumps through a portal into this cursed mall to save his three grandkids.
Jamie - played by @writertyozzie123 . He's an agent in D.A.D.D.I.E.S., a rogue, and the worst dad you know. He goes to Walmart to investigate a strange toy called the "Squiggle" and now has to find his lost daughter in the monster mall.
Chap - played by @itsnianom . He's an intern at a fashion company, a doormat, and our cleric. He goes to Walmart to buy an exercise bike when a portal opens up. He jumps in just because, but also to find his lost daughter. He's also British.
@pittermogged is our Dungeon Master who we also call our Mawl Master. Her mallsona is a security guard, but she's not very good at keeping anyone safe. 🤨

Is there a way to listen/keep up with the campaign?
Currently no! We record all our sessions but don't have them uploaded anywhere besides a private gdrive. We post clips sometimes on insta. Might post clips here, or maybe the powerpoint will update to keep up but idk! (Go follow the others though, that's probs the best way to keep up)

#chaspin -> the wonderful ship tag between Chap and his husband Aspin (Spin Class). Just cuz.. they're cute.
#sunset trio -> tag for any content involving the tweens girl group (chó, lovely, and iza). Their colors are orange, purple, and pink, like a sunset. 🧡💜💗
