hello it’s me again knocking on ur door

been thinking of an au where max died first and gaul keeps his cryogenically frozen head (like disney) in her office while she tries to find out how to cure whatever disease he died from. she succeeds.

you know what's so sick and twisted and fucked up, Lily? When I was trying to think of fics to write for Sunday (my ficwriting anniversary). I was like what if I did a Max dies first AU? (no disney head. I was going to have Coriolanus kill him... shhh, still might do that).It definitely looks like Florus fic might be my Sunday upload though... if the 500 words that I banged out just now are any indication...

Anyway, back to your actual question, part of me is like does she want head Max to run the country still? Maybe she resurrected him to make sure she can keep her power since Coriolanus is making it pretty obvious he wants to get out from under her? Still... idk, if Panem is weird enough to want a just-head president? The Ravinstills are probably very traumatized by this though. Max... Max, I imagine, is not super happy just being a head. (would she make him a body? <-real ass frankenstein and creature, Dr. Gaul and Max?) Or would she prefer to keep him entirely reliant on her? Much to think.
