hyper had been thinking abt having a baby, mostly bc she thought it might bring her and db closer together, but db wanted to wait a little longer before that. but she eventually did get pregnant, took this as a sign, put her doubts in the back of her head, and decided to roll with it. so...max!
db never expected to be a dad considering all he is, but gets along with max since the kid has a taste for excitement and learns how to kill at a pretty fast rate (even if his weapon of choice is a smaller, way more portable gun than his dad’s).
he and hyper defend every little thing max does to an annoying extent, even if its something genuinely bad for a child to do, but no one rlly wants to confront them about it (except benny, who isnt a perfect role model either but still more put together). so max is kind of an entitled, melodramatic, egotistical brat. hes on his way to being a little disney villain.
