Flannel Aesthetic for @maximumsuckage
The challenge is to write a 100-word story based on the prompt you are given (or just some generally short fiction, whatever works for you, this is supposed to be fun)
Thanks for the challenge @maximumsuckage
My prompt: She added a charm to her bracelet for every life she took.
She sighed, eons upon eons and it never made it any easier when a young soul had to be reaped. A morose feeling housed inside her being, she blinked allowing a mirage to form, a new one to each human she took.
The sun cast shadows on her red curls, little freckles on her face, she waved at the little boy who ran happily at the front yard, teeth missing from his smile.
He stopped as if waiting for her to join him, she ran towards the boy, her hand stayed in the air as she waited for him to take. He shook it gently, making all her different bracelets tingle, a small charm formed at a new colorful bracelet as the boy’s soul slowly left his body appearing at her side.
“I’m Ollie.” He introduced himself, curious brown eyes staring at her, “Are you an angel, miss?
How fitting, Death thought, for her new charm was a tiny angel with colorful wings.
“For you, darling, I am.”

Prompt: The haunted house is sentient, and you’re stuck inside.
Once you get this, you have to say five things you like about yourself, publicly. Then you have to send this to ten of your favourite followers (non-negotiable, positivity is cool~) 🌈🌈
I feel SO LOVED you guys!

My charisma. Somehow people tend to like me very easily, I never quite understand why. But I assume is because I’m very talkative and enjoy listening to people talk about their dreams and favorite things.
My eyes. I’ve just recently discovered they change colors depending on the light, I always thought they were a dark chocolate brown, but they do change to a lighter one, almost caramel-like, it’s pretty.
My fast learning. Sometimes I just need to watch to figure out how to do it myself, I honestly think is a good thing.
my feet. They take me anywhere I wanna go and they are also cute, I mean where my toes are actually at a normal size and a little chubby. And people always think they are smaller than they really are.
My optimism. Even when things are BLOWING UP and I can’t think of a solution, I tell myself “Everything will turn out great, you got this, girl!”
My resilience. I tend to accept things as they come. You can’t change everything, sometimes there are stronger forces on the move.
My imagination. The fact that I can travel in my mind, and put feelings, fears, wishes out on a paper its one of my greatest abilities.
My love for reading. So many doors were open in life because of a book. The pleasure I take in reading is like soul feeding, I get to feel, learn, live so many adventures!
My appreciation. For people, animals, art, music, life itself, I try to make everyone feel special around me because they are. Even for a couple hours, for a moment, for a lifetime, they are.
My hair. It’s been lovely today, even though it needs a wash.
I was gonna make 25, but right now, I can’t think of anything more!

maximumsuckage replied to your post: I think the reason I don’t like to perform in...
So basically what you’re saying is we should casually make cookies together and there will be no mention of affection but there will be an unspoken agreement of friendship and then we eat cookie dough
