Plank obliques are actually something we do during the fit test, but in this case it’s really slow! And then plié squat pulses...talk about 🔥 in the muscles!! 4 ➡️ 8 ➡️ 16, between you stretch down, and then lift one heel at a time, finally both heels. I’ll admit, I have to take some breaks during it.
