Yep down 3 lbs this year that’s progress, I’ve heard amazing numbers in weight loss but I’m taking a year to do it right and forever. Last year I went backwards had a little depression but this year things are going to change with slow progress for long term results. That’s in every part of my life. Too many people use what they have been through as an excuse not to strive for better than what they came from. After a conversation with a childhood friend, I began thinking about this. I didn't have this best childhood but I have not ever settled for anything less than better than where I came from. I always strive to provide better and to live better than what was given to me.
