dare i go out on a limb and say Cirice for the kress twins as well? Cirice in the ghost lore alone is SOOO hypocritical to me (another rant for another day). Which fits with Otto specifically, the twins despising politicians yet otto becoming one because he thinks HIS view on the system is the most effective! (just like. 99% of other politicians). hence: "They only know what they're afraid of. We have to show them what it is they want." griftwood also FITS really well, but not 100% to me since for a lot of their political career they werent the 'front' of it if that makes sense. they didnt use a specific scapegoat to make themselves look better (like flexing being a christian), infact griftwood seems to be placed a lot in self-doubt (TO ME) and just constantly needing to reassure your position. while the twins are quite confident in their power and dont use god/christianity to validate antyhing, rather using their status

Liliya - Opus

Opus in general reminds me of liliya A LOTTT because of its simple praise and worship of satan, awaiting his arrival. Quite a shrimple album to understand and liliya makes it her whole goddamn personality

which Opus fits liliyas explicit and undying loyalty to God! prime mover also reminds me of liliya, in the sense that the prime mover is liliyas MOTHER, and liliya is the child born (hence the abuse + liliya being the 'antichrist' due to being able to speak with gods tongue). stand by him- 'the vegenance is hers as long as she stands by Him' self explanatory and painfully liliya. everytime i listen i get violent animatic flashes of her travelling through eastern europe while posing various corpses in the forests He Is would also make it on the list for my GOAT , due to painting lucifer in a benevolent light + sounding like a typical church song. can imagine liliya dragging herself up to the altar to pray while beaten and bloody. and He Is plays. okay maybe coyle isnt my least favorite i hate franco too Franco's tough because his story doesnt have any particular theming to religion even if i tried. coyle atleast had SOME sort of tie to Christianity solely because hes a white man from the deep south
