(no Huey and May aren't related the brief of it is that in this au May and June are just Webby's sisters and there's no relation to the Duck fam cause IMO the Bio fam reveal was bs. and I hate it. cause imo found Family>>>> is my favorite dynamic. and in any aus of mine Webby isn't a clone. just May & June. (He never says it, but Ashlynn is Huey's favorite) (May doesn't have a favorite, but is the most Patient with Mason) plus some doodles one is some family outing and a family photo (where Huey is embracing his inner uncle Donald with trying his best to get ONE good family photo. after he profusely apologized to Donald after the million takes)

Duck sisters (with a twist) explained below First of all: Webby isn't a clone. She was just cloned cause F.O.W.L THOUGHT she was a relative of Scrooge. And May & June are result of that. F.O.W.L's cloning is like C.A.D.M.U.S from Young Justice, they can clone extremely fast. So basically after F.O.W.L is defeated Beakley takes May & June in as her other granddaughters too. (And they develop their own style hence the different outfits) (April doesn't exist BTW)
