Not really a resolution but a goal I am putting out into the world instead of vaguely acknowledging it and cracking jokes about it. So I hope to give myself more grace, room for error, to try not to put the weight of responsibility solely on my own shoulders, and set more reasonable goals. I KNOW I'm too hard on myself and have unreasonable expectations including being able to predict things (like the bottle of expensive sparkling wine my partner bought breaking bc the bag i was holding tore and I felt guilty for longer than I should've even tho he was worried I got hurt and didnt care about the wine) and know all things which inevitably results in me feeling like a failure when I fall short of being an oracle or master of all things.

My goal is to reduce my inherent shame about existing so I can work on my social anxiety and actually have friends to spend time with here or to talk to.
