Okay, movie nerds, I'm cracking and asking:

What movie did I watch all those years ago?

It was a submarine movie. Die-Hard or Under Siege, but a submarine instead. The submarine was hijacked. There was a villainous woman who had a fight scene at the climax and impaled herself on a pipe or something. The bad guy's plan was to nuke New York or something.

I believe there was a specific line like "how many nuclear missiles would it take to destroy all of New York City?"

And...spoiler warning...

...they launched a missile, but it turned out they launched a Tomahawk cruise missile and just blew up the top of the Empire State Building. Or something.

SPOILERS FOR THIS WEEKS SEASONAL QUEST (under the cut)

for the past little bit I've been slightly confused as to why both the season of Abyss and season of Revival emblems were where the cosmetics are, BUT NOW! WE FINALLY KNOW

seeing the Cackling Cannoneer, Anxious Angler, and the Captain (IDK what his name is) as well as the spirits that live in Aviary Village made me really happy! I had to try my best not to squeal with joy, because my mom was in a meeting for work at the same time :)

But seeing that what caused for the destruction of concert hall being because of a shard fell, just planted a seed of worry in my gut. I am someone who likes to talk about the lore and story behind games, and Sky is probably the one I like unraveling the most. It probably doesn't help that we see the hard work both of the spirits put in to have a concert for the others. For all we know the shard could have landed during the first concert the two were having. (which would suck even more)

Me wondering why my head kinda hurts

The migraine I had this morning that’s been lingering all day:

So I've been testing some character sheet apps to see if any of them will work better than the one I've been using (the answer is no, by the way), and I made up a new character to build for the tests. I'm kind of fond of him after I spent all day thinking about him, tell me what you think

He's a divine soul sorcerer/celestial warlock aasimar with a haunted background, basically his older brother was like the chosen one or whatever who was supposed to be the host for this celestial to fight the forces of evil on earth, but his brother refused and the celestial chose him instead. Then the older brother sealed them both away, they were trapped for ten thousand years and then by the time they were unsealed their souls had melded into one being so now he's a little bit celestial and his partner is a little bit human, and now they're just kinda hanging out on the material plane just doing their own thing after being disillusioned with the celestial's grand purpose and the human's faith in his brother to save him. And the celestial gives him power and they share the body and also they're boyfriends.

Anyway what do you guys think? Should I keep him on tap for a later game?
