top 5 soups

1. OGÓRKOWA! (pickle soup? In which pickles are very important, obviously) specifically my vegan ogórkowa, which is not very traditional, but I love it. No meat for broth, just veggies, with a dash of coconut milk at the end. IT'S SO GOOD

2. My dad's tomato soup. I once tried to recreate it and failed miserably. His is so creamy and sweet, but definitely not too sweet. He serves it w/ noodles and I think it's a good choice for it.

3. Rosół/chicken soup(?) not vegan at all in this case since it wouldn't make sense. I don't burn the onion when I make it, don't add the onion at all actually bc i despise onion in soup and once I leveled up to adulthood and realized I can just... Skip onions in my soup my life Changed. Aside for it its pretty much just rosół.

4. Pureed pumpkin soup from Hokkaido pumpkin, so good for autumn ❤️❤️

5. Also pureed zucchini soup, which is basically like the above but zucchini. It's lighter & I try to make it less thick than the above usually.

THANK YOU FOR ASKING ME ABOUT SOUPS. Incidentally those are the soups I make over and over. The only other kind I make is just various veggies or pureed leek soup, made once. Also good, but not the top.
